My name is Robert Tirado, I’m a licensed professional engineer based out of Tampa, Florida, where I’ve spent most of my life. I pursued my passion for engineering at the University of South Florida, graduating with a degree in mechanical engineering.

My professional journey has been incredibly fulfilling, marked by a breadth of experience across various sectors. I’ve had the privilege of contributing to designs in healthcare, K-12 and higher education facilities, aviation, multi-family, and a spectrum of commercial projects. Each venture has offered unique challenges and opportunities for innovation, further enriching my expertise.

One of the driving forces behind my work is the pursuit of challenging and unconventional problems. I thrive in these situations, seeking innovative ways to overcome obstacles and deliver exceptional results for my clients. Moreover, being in a position where I can mentor and guide younger engineers while assisting and advising my clients is immensely fulfilling.

Outside of work, my true joy lies in spending time with my family. I relish every moment I get to share with my loved ones, especially when involved in my children’s extracurricular activities. Whether cheering them on at sporting events or assisting in school projects, being an active part of their lives brings me immense fulfillment.
